Woodbridge Public Library will be OPEN at Woodbridge Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3 pm - 7pm. Drop-in for Summer Reading, Build a Better World activities, books to read for all ages, an opportunity to get a library card or renew your library card. Programs will include crafts, maker space activities, games, a poetry workshop for adults (August 16th), yarn craft for all ages, storytelling, local author visits, and more! The Pop Up Library is open to all mall visitors.
The Little Free Library, which is in front of the Pop Up Library and open during all hours of Woodbridge Center mall operation, is part of the international Little Free Library: Take a Book, Return a Book program.
Details on the Little Free Library: Little Free Libraries offer new and lightly used books to support the cause of an increase of literacy. Books can be taken, and books will be accepted in return, but are not required.
The Little Free Library nonprofit organization (littlefreelibrary.org) has been honored by the Library of Congress, the National Book Foundation and the American Library Association.
